Your Property Insurance Questions Answered!

All of these and other questions will be addressed at the Property Insurance Workshop this September 11 through the 13.

Many homeowners are facing unexpected increases in their premiums; many others are being dropped by their insurers.  Sometimes, we just need clarification on what our policies protect so that we can be proactive in protecting ourselves and our livelihoods. All legislators need to take a close look at Florida’s entire property insurance structure and find a balanced solution that will enable our constituents to best protect what is often their most valuable asset, their home.

We invite all our constituents to come to any of the following workshops to have the opportunity to speak directly with experts and consumer advocates in the insurance field.  They will be there to give you straight-forward answers to all of your insurance questions.

Sen. Maria Sachs’s Focus:

  • My District, District 34, encompasses parts of Palm Beach and Broward County- key districts affected by rising property insurance rates

  • These workshops are a way to provide instant relief to property owners, especially while in hurricane season

  • The workshops are free, no RSVP requried and is offered to all Floridians

  • One of my goals is to protect property insurance owners from ever increasing insurance rates

  • Please contact my office anytime with questions or ideas!
